Sephora
Sephora is a multinational make-up resale company that sets itself apart from other makeup resellers by dedicating itself to consumer education, technological innovation, and philanthropic endeavors. During my time at Sephora, I worked closely with their education team, events team, and social impact team known as Sephora Stands to help the company work towards these commendable goals. As a graphic designer on their Internal Branding team, I produced event materials for yearly large-scale conferences, 100+ page educational books for training store employees, promotional and collateral pieces for Sephora Stands fundraisers and events, and a myriad of print pieces designed to inform employees about upcoming events and new products.

SEPHORA EDU BOOKS
Sephora has an extensive onboarding process to ensure store employees are educated on everything from sales techniques, to company policy, product application, and safety concerns. Sephora uses educational booklets during their training sessions with playful graphics and exciting activities to make it fun and memorable for employees learning the ropes.
The EDU books feature 100+ pages of content and required extensive typesetting, innovative yet consistent layout design, and an entire suite of custom icons to make the books exciting, on-brand, and evergreen.
Directional Signage
Custom maps and event signage are often required for For Sephora’s multi-day events. These maps were crafted with corresponding imagery and colors found on event signage to help guide event goers through the experience easily, all while maintaining the overall look and feel of Sephora internal branding.
