Swords & Satire is an upcoming critical comedy movie podcast that turns low fantasy into high art. Because the reviewed films are campy fantasy films, the logo needed to blend classic visuals from the fantasy genre with a playful spin. While traditional fantasy logos like that of Conan the Barbarian and the Dungeons and Dragons logo often feature metal swords, the sword of Swords & Satire is a wooden sword to play up the absurdity and playfulness of the podcast and its reviewed contents.
